TCR Capital takes an active approach towards portfolio companies, combining financial expertise with strategic development and operational monitoring. The Team seeks to create value through the development of a clear corporate and financial strategy, and by supporting and strengthening the management teams of its portfolio companies. We make a limited number of investments every year and as such, are able to provide the necessary resources to accompany our management teams in the execution of their business plan. Importantly, the TCR Team also invests significantly alongside its investors in all our transactions, demonstrating our commitment to every single one of our portfolio companies.

We seek talented and committed management teams who demonstrate a willingness to co-invest in the transaction. It is also our objective to create appropriately structured compensation packages to incentivise the management team in both the short- and the long-term.
