Roberta Nataf, Partner and General Secretary
Roberta Nataf joined TCR Capital in 1998 as an Associate Director. During her time at TCR Capital,
Roberta has been significantly involved in the leveraged buyout of Générale de Protection, and was
also involved in the monitoring of Snacks International and Sede, and the monitoring and exit of
both Haviland and IB Group. Prior to TCR Capital, she worked for Quilvest and was directly involved
in building up the company's European direct investment and private equity activity.
She worked on several acquisitions over a ten year period, either in a majority lead or co-lead role,
largely in France and the UK, but also in Spain and Italy. Prior to this, Roberta worked for the Bank of Boston,
first in the Boston headquarters, where in addition to commercial credit financing she structured several senior buyout
financings, and subsequently in the Paris office where she was involved in commercial lending. Roberta began her career in 1982 with
the Bank of Boston Loan Officer Development Program.
Roberta holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. from New York University. Roberta currently sits on the boards
of Ch-Pharma and Locatel.
