Christian Dorléac, Partner

Christian Dorléac joined TCR Capital in 1996 as an Associate Director, and was involved in the raising and investing of Fund I. During his tenure at TCR Capital, Christian has participated in some notable transactions including the public-private takeover bid for Agendas Quo Vadis, and the privatisation of Jet Tours from Air France and its subsequent sale to Club Med in 1999. He was also significantly involved with the acquisition of IB Group and the leveraged buyout of Sede, followed by its sale to ISS in 2004. More recently, he was responsible for the leveraged buyouts of Snack International, Entrepose Thermocoax. Prior to TCR Europe, Christian spent six years (1990-1996) as a Managing Director for AWA's private equity group, overseeing a €300 million portfolio. Christian has also worked in the M&A and private equity group at Arjil Bank and as an acquisition auditor for Deloitte.

Christian holds a degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris as well as a Masters in Business Law. He has been a lecturer at ESSEC, one of France's leading business schools, for over 13 years. He currently sits on the boards of Holding Trophy and Ch Pharma.
