Laurent Catry, Associate Director

Laurent Catry joined TCR Capital in January 2004 as an Associate Director. Since joining TCR Capital he has been significantly involved with Ch-Pharma and Générale de Protection. He joined from one of the private equity funds of Société Générale, dedicated to minority and majority investments in the French mid-market. Prior to this, he was a Vice-President in the M&A division of Société Générale Investment Bank, advising international groups and private equity funds as well as medium-sized French companies on French or cross-border acquisitions in various industry sectors including industrial equipment, consumer goods and oil & gas. Laurent began his career in 1993 with Ernst and Young as part of the firm's audit practice in Paris. He subsequently moved to the firm's corporate finance practice in 1995 where he worked as a Senior Associate.

Laurent holds a Masters degree in Finance from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and an MBA from INSEAD. He currently sits on the boards of Ch-Pharma and Européenne Food.
